Client Objective: To "re-tool" the annual benefit and create buzz in the Washington DC scene. TVC's Approach: Invited guests, including sponsors, hosts, and upper level donors attended the Cherry Fund's annual benefit "onboard" the ultra fabulous "EXCURSIONS" Flight 5204 (The event took flight on 5/2/04) Passengers were greeted by "flight staff" as vintage boarding announcements played over head. Upon entering the venue, Excursion's Flight Attendants provided stylized safety demonstrations, snacks and, of course, hot towel service. Guests were treated to London's own dj, June Joseph, as she steered the flight through thematic sets of music while the thundering roars of jet engines were heard overhead.
