    Is there parking included with this unit?

    The Building features two parking spaces that are currently owned by
    Unit 1 and the Basement Unit.  Street Parking is allowed on both sides
    and is utilized by the area's residents.  As is the case with almost all
    new condos, private parking spaces GREATLY increase the cost of
    purchasing the condo which is why this Unit is priced so reasonably.  It
    is our understanding and experience that private parking spaces on
    the block come on the market for rent and/or purchase throughout the
    year depending on the owner's needs.  It is also our understanding that

    Is there an elevator?
